Terms & Conditions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions. Where the context requires, the singular includes the plural and vice versa.

By accessing the Platform, creating a Member Account, or placing any bet or wager through net77, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with net77's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Access to net77's services is restricted. To be eligible to register and maintain an Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. net77 enforces a strict 21+ age policy and conducts mandatory KYC age verification on all Accounts. Creating an Account while under 21 is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
2. Residency: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction in which accessing net77's services is not prohibited by applicable local law at the time of each login and each transaction. net77 primarily serves players resident in Indonesia.
3. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated by a competent court are not eligible to register.
4. Not Self-Excluded: You must not have voluntarily self-excluded from net77 or from any other gambling platform through a programme that net77 is obligated to recognise. Attempting to register a new Account while subject to a self-exclusion order is a breach of these Terms.
5. Single Account: You must not already hold an active or suspended net77 Account. Each individual is permitted one Account only.
6. Not an Excluded Person: You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, director, or immediate family member of a net77 employee or partner who has been notified that such persons are ineligible to bet or play on the Platform.

To access net77's services, you must complete the registration process accurately and honestly. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide your true, accurate, and complete personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, email address, and phone number.
• Keep your registration details current and up to date. You must notify net77 promptly of any changes to your contact information via the Account Settings section or by contacting support.
• Choose a strong, unique password for your Account and not disclose it to any third party. net77 will never ask you to reveal your password via email, live chat, or phone.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your Account, whether carried out by you or by a third party who gained access through your credentials.

net77 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason. Registration applications suspected of being fraudulent, duplicative, or submitted on behalf of a third party will be rejected and may be reported to relevant authorities.

Upon registration, net77 will send a verification email to the address provided. The Account will remain in a restricted state until email verification is completed. Full Account access, including deposit and withdrawal privileges, is subject to the satisfactory completion of KYC verification as described in Clause 5.

net77 is required under its international licence to verify the identity, age, and source of funds of all Members. The KYC process is mandatory and must be completed before withdrawal privileges are activated on any Account.

As part of KYC verification, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-Issued Photo ID: Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or driving licence — showing your full name, date of birth, and photograph.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official government document issued within the last three months and confirming your residential address in Indonesia.
• Payment Method Verification: A photograph or screenshot of the bank account or e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay) used to deposit, confirming that the payment method is registered in your own name.
• Source of Funds Declaration: For high-value transactions, net77 may request a written declaration and supporting evidence of the source of funds deposited.

Documents must be submitted in clear, legible form. net77 processes KYC submissions within one to three business days. net77 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time, including at the point of a withdrawal request, if the Account's risk profile warrants additional checks. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in Account suspension and may result in closure.

All transactions on the net77 Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). net77 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own fees, for which net77 accepts no liability.

Deposits

• Minimum deposit amounts and accepted payment methods are displayed in the Cashier section of your Account and are subject to change with prior notice.
• Accepted deposit methods include: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, Bank Permata, OCBC NISP, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• Deposits are credited to your Account balance upon confirmation of receipt from the payment provider. Bank transfer confirmations typically process within 1 to 5 minutes during WIB banking hours.
• You may only deposit funds from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will trigger an immediate Account review.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawals may only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the net77 Account. No third-party withdrawals are permitted under any circumstances.
• Before a withdrawal can be processed, the Member's KYC verification must be fully completed and approved (see Clause 5).
• Withdrawal requests are processed by the net77 payments team. Target processing time is under 15 minutes for verified Accounts during WIB operating hours (09:00–22:00 WIB). Processing times during WITA and WIT hours, or during Indonesian public holidays, may vary.
• net77 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of a security, fraud, or KYC review. The Member will be notified of any such delay within 24 hours.
• Any winnings derived from Bonus Credit that has not yet satisfied the applicable Wagering Requirement are not eligible for withdrawal until the Wagering Requirement is fully met.

net77 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Imlek, and major sporting tournaments.

All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

1. Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible Members only. net77 may exclude specific Members from particular offers at its discretion, including Members whose betting patterns suggest bonus abuse.
2. Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Credit carries a Wagering Requirement that must be met before withdrawal. The applicable multiplier, eligible game contributions, and time limit are specified in each promotion. Sportsbook bets and live casino wagers typically contribute 100% toward the Wagering Requirement; slots may vary by title.
3. Single Bonus: Only one bonus may be active on a Member's Account at any given time unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. Attempting to claim multiple simultaneous bonuses will result in the cancellation of the excess credit.
4. No Cash Alternative: Bonus Credit has no cash value until Wagering Requirements are met. Bonus Credit cannot be exchanged, transferred, or sold.
5. Expiry: Unclaimed or unused Bonus Credit expires on the date stated in the promotion. Expired Bonus Credit is automatically removed from the Account balance and is not recoverable.
6. Abuse & Fraud: net77 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to arbitrage betting, systematic low-risk betting to clear wagering requirements, or the use of multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus. Where abuse is detected, net77 reserves the right to cancel all associated Bonus Credit and winnings, suspend the Account, and pursue recovery of any sums withdrawn.

All bets placed and games played through the net77 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product vertical. Sportsbook betting rules, live casino game rules, slots rules, and togel draw rules are published within the relevant section of the Platform and form part of these Terms & Conditions by incorporation.

The following general rules apply across all product verticals:

• A bet or wager is confirmed only when net77 issues a written confirmation reference number or the game round is recorded in the Member's transaction history. Verbal confirmations or on-screen displays prior to settlement are not binding.
• net77 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed on an incorrect price resulting from a manifest error, bets placed after an event has concluded, and bets placed through a technical fault that produced an erroneous outcome.
• All mix parlay (accumulator) bets are subject to the specific combination rules published in the Sportsbook section. A single voided selection within a mix parlay will reduce the accumulator by one leg; the remaining legs remain active.
• Live casino game outcomes are determined by the certified random number generator (RNG) or physical game equipment operated by the studio provider (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, or equivalent). net77 does not alter game outcomes under any circumstances.
• Togel draw results are sourced from the official pools operator for each draw schedule (Singapore, Sydney, Macau, Hong Kong). net77 is not responsible for delays in official result publication by the originating pools authority.
• net77 reserves the right to impose maximum bet and maximum win limits on any Member, game, market, or event at its sole discretion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the net77 Platform. Violation of any prohibition listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Funds (where proceeds of the prohibited activity are identifiable), and may result in permanent Account closure and legal action:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering on behalf of a third party.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology.
• Colluding with other Members or with third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonuses.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with live casino games, or exploit Platform functionality.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime through the Platform.
• Deliberately exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through a confirmed software exploit will be voided.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour toward net77 support staff or other Members via any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or security systems.

net77 is committed to providing a safe, enjoyable, and sustainable gaming environment. We recognise that for a small number of individuals, gambling can become a problem, and we take our duty of care toward those individuals seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Members free of charge from the Account Settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out regardless of activity.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum net loss threshold per day, week, or month. Once the threshold is reached, no further bets can be placed until the limit period resets.
• Reality Check Reminders: Enable periodic on-screen notifications displaying your session duration and net position.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of your choosing (minimum 24 hours, maximum indefinite). During self-exclusion, the Account is locked, all marketing communications are suppressed, and Account access is blocked. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible during the elected period.

All content on the net77 Platform — including but not limited to the net77 brand name and logo, website design, software code, graphics, game assets, text, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of net77 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for their own personal recreational use in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to:

• Reproducing, redistributing, or republishing any Platform content for commercial purposes.
• Creating derivative works based on net77's proprietary content.
• Using net77's branding, logos, or trademarks without prior written consent.
• Screen-scraping, data-mining, or systematically extracting odds, results, or other data from the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of net77's intellectual property will result in immediate Account termination and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, net77 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Interruptions to Platform availability caused by scheduled maintenance, unscheduled technical outages, force majeure events, or third-party infrastructure failures beyond net77's reasonable control.
• Delays in the crediting of deposits or the processing of withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers, including but not limited to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, or ShopeePay.
• Losses arising from a Member's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials.
• Decisions by regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or courts that affect net77's ability to provide services in a particular jurisdiction.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive loss, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

net77's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of Funds held in that Member's Account at the time the claim arose.

net77 collects, processes, stores, and protects personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published at net77.bio/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data protection commitments include:

• All personal data and financial transaction data is encrypted using 256-bit TLS in transit and AES-256 at rest.
• net77 does not sell, rent, or trade Member personal data to third-party marketers.
• Data is shared with third parties only where required by net77's licence authority, applicable law, or for the purpose of fraud prevention, KYC verification, and payment processing.
• Members may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting [email protected], subject to net77's legal obligations to retain certain records under its international licence.

net77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• The Member has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The Member has failed to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested.
• net77 suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, collusion, or bonus abuse associated with the Account.
• A regulatory authority or law enforcement agency has directed net77 to restrict the Account.
• The Member has requested self-exclusion.
• The Account has been inactive (no login or transaction activity) for a continuous period of 12 months.

Upon permanent Account closure, net77 will return any verified, unencumbered real-money balance (excluding Bonus Credit and any funds under investigation) to the Member via the last verified withdrawal method on file, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within two business days.

net77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where the changes are material, net77 will notify Members by email to the address registered on the Account at least seven (7) days before the revised Terms take effect. Non-material amendments (such as clarifications of existing provisions or corrections of typographical errors) may be made without prior notice.

The current version of these Terms, together with its effective date, is always accessible at net77.bio/terms-conditions. Your continued use of the Platform after the stated effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which net77 holds its international gaming licence. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, these Terms are to be interpreted to the extent permissible under applicable mandatory Indonesian law.

In the event of a dispute between a Member and net77 arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter informally in the first instance by contacting net77's support team at [email protected]. net77 will acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within five (5) business days and aims to resolve disputes within thirty (30) days of receipt.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 60 days, either party may refer the matter to the dispute resolution body designated by net77's international licensing authority. The decision of that body will be final and binding on both parties, subject to any mandatory rights of appeal available under applicable law.
